The service I received from Pippa was excellent, she listened and provided good feedback where required. I felt completely comfortable talking about personal issues.

Good to be treated as on individual and not just a family member of a patient. Staff were helpful and personable and demonstrated understanding and accommodating of different needs and circumstances.
Suggested improvements
Increase provision of online support including resources and groups for family member and patients who are housebound.

We have been bowled over by the truly amazing staff and overall ambiance/environment at St. Peters hospice. It was such an incredible relief to know. That Eileen is in such safe hands, being cared for in such a sensitive, person-centered, affirming way. On behalf of David, we are so truly grateful for the support you have given him and us.

Once involved the service was good.

Got involved a lot sooner it was much to late for us as my wife passed away without the support we needed early in her diagnosis.
